    How do I place an order? top

    Choose the item you wish to purchase.
    Click on the "Order" button.
    If you wish to make more than one purchase click on "Continue Shopping".
    When you have finished shopping,  please choose where you live from the drop down box,  then click on "Recalculate" and the correct postage will be added to order. 
    Click on "Go To Payments" - You will be required to enter your name and shipping details. Click "Continue".
    Please revise your order to ensure all is correct - then click "Continue" and you will be directed to the Paypal "Login" page.  Enter your Paypal email address and password and proceed to authorise payment.

    NB:- If you make a mistake with the item you ordered, just place a zero in the "Quantity" and click on the "Recalculate" button and start again - all fixed!

    What payment options do I have? top

    We accept Paypal for Australian and International customers. It's safe and simple to use and offers buyer and seller protection from fraudulent transactions.

    Do you ship overseas? top

    Yes!!!  Anywhere Australia Post will take a parcel to - that's where we ship! 

    How do you work out shipping costs? top

    We have recently simplified our shipping and handling charges and hope they are easy to understand. 

    New Shipping Charges effective 1st September 2015. 
    I still subsidise the shipping both here in Australia and Overseas but due to recent price increases by Australia Post, I have had to increase my charges as well.

    Ship to Australia:- Flat rate of $7.00

    Ship to Everywhere Else:- Flat rate of $12.00

    Do you do custom orders? top

    I prefer not to "custom make" lampwork beads.  Over the internet it is very difficult to interpret exactly what our customers really want.  I also won't copy another artist's work (should anyone ask...) - unless the artist has given permission for this to be done.  And because most of my beads are fairly unique individuals, it can be difficult to reproduce them.

    I am able to make co-ordinating spacers etc if you have purchased a set or focal from me and are having trouble finding any other beads to match.  Just be aware - much of the glass used today is hand coloured and "pulled", and for this reason, every batch of this special glass made is different.  If I have exhausted my supply of a particular batch of glass and you require matching earrings, extra beads etc, the chance of getting the colours just right is sometimes pretty slim!  Sorry about that - but I guess it's just one of the exciting and fascinating things about this medium.

    Don't let this scare you away from asking though.......
    I always try my very best to help you out!!

    How do you "guarantee" your lampwork beads? top

    I also guarantee my own handmade beads against defects! 
    If, by chance, my beads crack due to a manufacturing fault I will replace it for you! This guarantee does not cover wearer's negligence - please remember that glass, by it's very nature, is not designed for "rough" play. (For this reason I do not recommend that you wear your precious glass beads whilst indulging in a "friendly" game of hockey or football!).  Should you have any issues - you are most welcome to contact me.
      (NB:- Please understand that this guarantee  cannot be extended to beads not personally made by me as I have no control over how they have been manufactured.)

    Do you refund? top

    We want you to be happy - no, overjoyed - with our products!!  So if you aren't happy, please email your concerns - within 7 days of receiving your item - to   sandypandybeads@yahoo.com.au   and we will work out a solution.  If need be, we will refund your money via Paypal - minus all shipping costs.  To return your item/s  - please ensure they are wrapped in the original material/box and posted in a bubble wrap envelope. You should be able to re-use they envelope they arrived in by gluing a thick sheet of paper on the front and re-addressing it. 

    NB:  Custom orders cannot be refunded unless there are manufacturing defects. I hope you understand that it may be difficult to re-sell a custom order, hence this policy.

    At times, we will have listings on Etsy, Artfire and Facebook. Click on
    Web Site Links to find our goodies.  Unfortunately, due to high demand of our items at The Handmade Markets and The Heritage Village Markets, we often sell out before we can list on these other online stores!  (Which is great news for us!!)
